Tailored support
Not every situation fits a package. Are you ill, is a mediation coming up, or have you been summarily dismissed? Then we first look together at what is needed.
Examples
- You are on sick leave, but you would actually like a deal. Also read On sick leave and your employer wants you gone: what now?
- You have been given an improvement plan (PIP). Also read Received a PIP or improvement plan: will I be dismissed?
- A mediation is coming up.
- You have been summarily dismissed (ontslag op staande voet).
You will find more examples on the Cases page.
How does it work?
We start with a conversation. Which documents are needed, where do you stand, what is achievable and how much time will it take? Then we make clear agreements in advance: a total price, or fixed prices per phase. That way you always know where you stand.
How long does it take?
That differs per situation. Sometimes it is settled quickly, sometimes it takes longer. In our first conversation, I will give you an estimate.
Who pays?
Here too, the starting point is: if a deal is reached, I try to place all legal costs with your employer. You never pay more than what we agreed in advance.
